Best Growth Stocks For 2019

Netflix Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX), a stock we talk about frequently, recently completed a $1.4 billion euro-denominated bond sale. Not surprisingly, millions of investors think this is a good move because it’s money that the company will (presumably) put towards new content development.

I’m not so sure that’s the case. More to the point, I believe savvy investors would be wise to put Netflix on a very short leash at the moment for three reasons I’d like to talk about today.

The devil, as they say, really is in the details.

Here’s why and what to do if you own Netflix stock.

Netflix announced last month that it would be raising $1.1 billion in a euro-denominated bond sale as a means of funding new content and growth. Almost immediately, the company raised the tally to $1.4 billion because demand was so high.

    Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ: CERN) rose 5.6 percent to $64.02 in pre-market trading after the Department of Veterans Affairs reported an agreement with Cerner Government Services, Inc. to provide seamless care for veterans.
    PetroChina Company Limited (NYSE: PTR) shares rose 5.3 percent to $82.05 in pre-market trading.
    TC PipeLines, LP (NYSE: TCP) shares rose 5.2 percent to $26.59 in the pre-market trading session.
    IQVIA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: IQV) shares rose 4.8 percent to $102.50 in pre-market trading as the company pulled secondary offering 'in light of recent market conditions'.

    The Trade Desk, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTD) rose 4.5 percent to $84 in pre-market trading.
    PetIQ Inc (NASDAQ: PETQ) rose 3.9 percent to $18.96 in pre-market trading after a 13G filing shows a new 5.05 percent stake by the State of New Jersey's Division of Investment.
