&l;span style=&q;font-weight: 400&q;&g;As Facebook&s;s CEO Mark Zuckerberg testifies before the House Energy &a;amp; Commerce Committee, it&s;s an opportune time to refocus on the valuation of &l;span&g;Facebook&l;/span&g; stock. Facebook&s;s current market capitalization is $484 billion and the company generated only $40 billion of revenue last year. Zuckerberg has to keep generating extraordinary levels of growth to justify that valuation, and so the most value-added activity for a &l;span&g;Facebook&l;/span&g; shareholder today (yes, even more value-added than monitoring&a;nbsp;minute-by-minute stock quotes or watching CNN during the day) is to analyze &l;span&g;Facebook&l;/span&g;&a;rsquo;s most recent earnings report.&l;/span&g;

Some money managers are indeed preparing for Armageddon, expecting a thin summer trading season to usher in the bear. But Cramer said that, ultimately, what happens in Washington has little impact on the earnings of stocks like Walmart (WMT) , Coca-Cola (KO) or Citigroup (C) . It also has no correlation to the 17.8% move in Nvidia (NVDA) , nor the 12.8% jump in Electronic Arts (EA) .

But Nasdaq now also has some surprising collaborations underway with financial institutions — including one with Citigroup (C) , which is one of several big banks that have banned the purchase of cryptocurrency by customers using their credit cards. Nasdaq and Citi announced an integrated payment solution to trade securities internationally that combines Citi’s commercial, multi-currency payments network with Nasdaq’s blockchain technology.

Merck could achieve a consistent advantage versus BMS in treatment of 1L NSCLC. There is a precise crossroad that will determine the future of these two companies in this field: the question of whether or not Keytruda will be approved in May. Both the market and investors believe that it will indeed gain approval and BMS’s stock is already paying for that. In the short term, the repercussions will be the contractions in the sales of Opdivo in 2L and a bigger obstacle for Opdivo+Yervoy in 1L. But the BMS’s combo can catch up, thanks to a bigger efficacy, as I will explain in a future article. Meanwhile, a recent trial established that Merck has to pay BMS $625M plus royalties, as it infringed BMS’s intellectual property related to the use of anti-PD1 antibodies. The royalties will be 6.5% for sales between January 2017 and the end of 2023, followed by a 2.5% rate for the period from January 2024 to the end of 2026. Bristol-Myers Squibb will share the money by giving a quarter of the amount to the Japanese Ono Pharmaceutical (OTC:OPHLF), the company which had discovered Opdivo.
